Adriatic42 is a specialised superyacht refit and maintenance centre located in Bijela, within Montenegro’s protected Bay of Kotor. The project redeveloped the former Bijela shipyard into a modern marine facility serving the growing superyacht industry of the Adriatic and Mediterranean.
The facility combines a large floating dock, heavy-lift travel lift, workshops, warehouses, berthing infrastructure and specialist technical services. Its operational area covers approximately 150,000 square metres, with 8,000 square metres dedicated to workshops and warehouse facilities.
Its location places the yard within the wider Boka Bay yachting ecosystem, close to Porto Montenegro and other established luxury-marina destinations. The facility is designed to accommodate complex refit, maintenance, engineering, painting, mechanical, electrical and interior works.
