DAMAC Properties

DAMAC Properties is the property development division of the DAMAC Group, established in 2002 and headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded by Hussain Sajwani, it develops residential, leisure and commercial property, including master-planned communities, branded residences and hotel apartments. The company reports more than 50,000 homes delivered and over 54,000 units in planning and progress. It listed on the Dubai Financial Market in early 2015 and was delisted in 2022 after Sajwani bought out the remaining shares, returning the business to private ownership.
