Meraas Holding LLC

Meraas is a Dubai-based real estate developer and lifestyle destination operator founded in 2007. Since 2020 it has been part of Dubai Holding, following a directive from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and it now sits within Dubai Holding Real Estate alongside Nakheel. Meraas describes itself as master developer of a 752 million square foot land bank, creating residential neighbourhoods, waterfront destinations and urban spaces including Bluewaters, City Walk, La Mer and Madinat Jumeirah Living, together with leisure assets such as Ain Dubai and Dubai Harbour.
