Sobha Realty is a Dubai-headquartered luxury real-estate developer, part of Sobha Group, founded in 1976 by entrepreneur P. N. C. Menon. It is a privately held company that designs, engineers and builds its own projects through a backward-integrated model, delivering apartments, villas, villaments and penthouses as well as mixed-use master communities. Its UAE portfolio spans Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Umm Al Quwain, anchored by the eight-million-square-foot Sobha Hartland in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The group also operates in India, the United Kingdom and Oman.
