Azizi Riviera is a French Mediterranean-inspired mixed-use waterfront community in Meydan, Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Azizi states it will house over 20,000 residents in studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with a completion date of Q3 2024 given for the project.
Its centrepiece is a crystal lagoon and beach spanning 2km, with a palm-lined boulevard, community parks, and ground-floor retail, cafes and restaurants. Individual buildings carry their own pools, gyms and landscaped gardens, near Meydan Racecourse.
