The Toulouse Administrative Centre redevelopment will transform a former government complex in the Compans-Caffarelli district into a mixed-use urban neighbourhood. The project is led by Bouygues Immobilier in partnership with Eclisse Promotion and GA Smart Building, combining the reuse of existing buildings with new construction.
The scheme includes more than 450 homes across several housing categories, alongside approximately 7,000 m² of office space, a student residence, a health centre and around 1,200 m² of retail and activity space. A landscaped park of approximately 5,000 m² is planned as a central public amenity.
Its central location places the development near the Capitole, Saint-Sernin, the Compans-Caffarelli metro station and Toulouse’s university and transport network. The project is intended to create a more open, greener urban environment while retaining and repurposing parts of the former administrative site.
