Ville Nouvelle Lakhyayta, also known as Sahel Lakhyayta New City, is a large-scale urban development in Sahel Lakhyayta Municipality, Berrechid Province, within Morocco’s Casablanca-Settat region. Located near Had Soualem, approximately 20 km from Casablanca, the project forms part of Morocco’s national new-city programme, designed to support urban expansion and reduce pressure on the economic capital.

Planned as a comprehensive urban centre, Lakhyayta is designed to accommodate approximately 300,000 residents across 60,000 homes. The master plan combines residential neighbourhoods with commercial areas, industrial activity and proposed tourism facilities, creating a mixed-use urban environment rather than a single residential compound.

The wider development plan includes an agro-industrial park and a tourism hub incorporating hotels, restaurants, a hotel residence, an international-standard campsite and a golf course.
